Role Overview
As a Psychology ECT you will:
Deliver high-quality lessons across KS4 and KS5.
Inspire pupils to explore psychological theory research methods and practical applications.
Monitor and assess pupil progress providing targeted feedback and support.
Work closely with colleagues to develop resources and share best practice.
Contribute to enrichment activities including clubs trips and events.

Psychology ECT - Candidate Profile
We are looking for a teacher who:
Holds (or is due to achieve) QTS.
Has a degree in Psychology or a closely related discipline.
Demonstrates passion for teaching and helping pupils succeed.
Is willing to learn reflect on practice and grow professionally.
Possesses strong organisation communication and classroom management skills.
