Role Overview

As a Psychology ECT you will:

• Deliver high-quality lessons across KS4 and KS5.

• Inspire pupils to explore psychological theory research methods and practical applications.

• Monitor and assess pupil progress providing targeted feedback and support.

• Work closely with colleagues to develop resources and share best practice.

• Contribute to enrichment activities including clubs trips and events.

ECT Support & Development

Psychology ECT - Candidate Profile

We are looking for a teacher who:

• Holds (or is due to achieve) QTS.

• Has a degree in Psychology or a closely related discipline.

• Is willing to learn reflect on practice and grow professionally.

• Possesses strong organisation communication and classroom management skills.
