Job Summary

They are looking for an Application Support Specialist with a strong functional and operational mindset someone who enjoys working close to users optimizing processes and ensuring applications run smoothly.
This is not a traditional software development role but rather a position focused on applications processes and continuous improvement.
What Youll Do
Provide functional and operational support for internal applications (web apps workflows Power BI).
Configure and maintain in-house applications (.NET / IIS / WordPress).
Work closely with internal users to understand processes and propose improvements.
Participate in digitalization and process automation initiatives.
Support the adoption of AI-based tools (Copilot assistants automations).
Coordinate with IT teams and external vendors.
Create documentation user guides and provide user training.
Perform functional testing before production releases.
Build reports and dashboards in Power BI.
What Were Looking For
Advanced English level (B2 / C1) required.
4 years of experience in application support functional analysis or similar roles.
Experience working in structured corporate environments.
Strong analytical skills and a user-oriented mindset.
General understanding of how web applications work (no heavy coding required).
Nice to Have
Microsoft ecosystem experience (Power BI Teams Office).
Knowledge IIS WordPress.
Workflow / process orchestration tools (e.g. Moxo).
Power Platform (Power Apps Power Automate).
Basic SQL and HTML knowledge.
Interest in AI applied to business processes.
