The Role
An exciting opportunity currently exists to join the team as an experienced Light Vehicle Fitter at the HMR Workshop in Kalgoorlie WA. This position is DIDO/FIFO on a 8/6 roster with accommodation and meals provided
Key Details
- Roster 8/6
- $65-$70 per hour
- Local Kalgoorlie or FIFO from Perth WA in company time
- Accommodation & messing provided
Key Responsibilities
- Competent to inspect service maintain and repair light vehicles
- Troubleshooting and diagnosing vehicle faults
- Quoting and ordering of parts direct from suppliers
- Complete inspection service and repair documentation
- Maintain good housekeeping standards
Requirements / Qualifications
- Hold a Light Vehicle Mechanical trade certificate
- 3 years post trade experience
- Toyota Landcruiser & Hilux work experience
- Post trade experience working in the mining industry
- Commitment to safety
- Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency
- Ability to meet pre-employment medical drug & alcohol screening
- Police clearance (within 6 months)
- First Aid Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
