What you will do in this role

As a Customer Service Representative (m/f/d) in our team you will:

You will receive requests via e-mail and chat.
You will support the customer with inquiries regarding their account subscriptions billing and all kinds of Crunchyroll products and services.
Provide assistance in the event of technical issues and malfunctions.
You will work with other departments to solve any issues that are raised.
You guarantee the clients standards with competent service and conscientious documentation.

Your qualifications

Are proficient in German (C1) and English (B2) with excellent writing skills.
Remain calm in demanding situations.
Are good at proactive communication.
Have good computer and technical skills.

Ideally you already have:
