About the Role

We are hiring an Accountant to join our dynamic team in Zug Switzerland. This role is perfect for someone with strong proactive analytical and decision-making mindset to support multiple teams.

Main Responsibilities & Duties:

Ensure compliance with local tax payments and proper allocation of expenses to the correct cost centers.
Support the organization by managing documentation related to fiscal and tax regulations in the country of operation.
Plan and execute effective management of accounting procedures.
Stay updated on laws regulations and policies regarding workplace safety and environmental standards.
Proficiency in administrative accounting and cash flow systems.

Key Requirements:

Degree in Accounting Business Administration Economics Finance or related fields.
Expertise in accounting for construction companies.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word Excel Outlook etc.).
English Portuguese or Spanish and German fluency is mandatory;
Other languages such as Spanish or Portuguese French.. will be considered a plus.
