Job Summary

Job Summary (Radiation Therapist)

- Position: Radiation Therapist
- Shift/Hours:
- Standard: Monday Friday 11:00am 7:30pm (8.5-hour shifts with 30-minute lunch)
- Holiday weeks: 10-hour shifts to ensure 40 hours/week
- No on-call or weekend shifts
- First onboarding week: 8:00am 4:30pm

- Required Certifications:
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support)
- BLS (Basic Life Support)

- Required Licenses/Registries:
- Ohio State License
- ARRT certification in Radiation Therapy Technology

- Technical Requirements:
- Fully competent in using Varian TruBeam linear accelerators Halcyon and Aria version 15
- Preferred knowledge of Vision RT or OSMS (not required)

- Key Skills:
- Experience with TrueBeam Halcyon Aria systems
- VisionRT experience is a plus

- Dress Code:
- Scrubs: black pants any color top

- Other Details:
- 40 guaranteed hours per week
- No on-call or weekend duties
- Variable shifts may occasionally be needed
