We are seeking an experienced Kafka Developer to design build and maintain high-performance scalable streaming data platforms using Apache Kafka. software development experience with focused on Apache Kafka expert-level knowledge of the Kafka ecosystem including Kafka Streams Connect and Schema Registry and proficiency in Java or Scala for developing Kafka applications.

Key responsibilities include designing robust Kafka-based streaming architectures building real-time data pipelines developing custom connectors optimizing cluster performance for high throughput and low latency implementing monitoring and alerting solutions and establishing best practices for topic design and security measures. Required qualifications include a Bachelors degree in Computer Science or Engineering proven experience with large-scale Kafka deployments in production strong understanding of distributed systems and event-driven architectures experience with containerization technologies (Docker Kubernetes) and cloud platforms knowledge of data serialization formats (Avro Protobuf JSON) and familiarity with monitoring tools and database systems. Preferred qualifications include Confluent certifications experience with stream processing frameworks like Apache Flink or Spark Streaming knowledge of microservices architecture and experience in high-volume transaction environments.
