Must Skills
- Infrastructure projects management experience DR obsolescence hardening Security monitoring Vulnerabilitypatchinghardening
- Technical background is required system engineer IT operations
- Soft skills are also a must This position will interact with many departments and people across Santander CIBs NY office and therefore excellent verbal and writing communication skills are a must
Main skills
- Management of multiple concurrent priorities
- Risk management to properly identify risks on time workaround and risk mitigation actions proactively
- Project plan preparation from high level to technical details level plan and estimate milestones activities effort duration and identify role skills set per activity
- Software projects management experience is a plus to understand SLDC and products lifecycle
- Experience working in a company based on ITIL environment Change management incident management service management
