We are seeking an experienced Functional Lead SAP Sales & Distribution (SD) to drive large-scale ERP transformation initiatives within a discrete manufacturing environment supporting Engineered-to-Order (ETO) and Configured-to-Order (CTO) processes.

This role blends deep functional and technical SAP expertise with strategic leadership in solution design process standardization and enterprise transformation. You will partner closely with Product Management Solution Architects and cross-functional teams to shape the transformation roadmap and deliver scalable integrated solutions leveraging SAP S/4HANA and third-party system integrations.

• Serve as the functional lead for SAP SD providing technical and process expertise across integrated platforms

• Drive solution architecture and process standardization across Sales & Distribution and Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes

• Partner with Product Owners and Managers to define scope confirm required customizations and identify value drivers

• Collaborate with Solution Architects to shape the Solution Roadmap and Architecture Runway

• Ensure seamless integration with Finance Logistics Project Systems (including ETO/CTO) and Supply Chain platforms

• Lead Agile delivery teams through sprint planning backlog grooming and execution

• Oversee development testing strategy and end-to-end validation for complex manufacturing scenarios

• Mitigate risks remove impediments and maintain alignment with enterprise standards and program vision

• Coordinate cross-functional activities including stakeholder engagement change management and cutover planning

• Participate in PI Planning and other Agile ceremonies to maintain transparency and alignment

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)

• 8 years of SAP SD experience including Pricing Contracts and Logistics Execution

• Experience leading multiple complex ERP implementations and large-scale business transformations

• At least one full end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementation in a discrete manufacturing environment (ETO/CTO)

• Strong expertise in SAP SD order management and Order-to-Cash processes

• Multi-platform integration experience across Finance Logistics Project Systems (PS) and Supply Chain

• Hands-on SAP S/4HANA configuration and solution design experience

• Experience with middleware and integration tools such as SAP PI SAP PO SAP CPI and MuleSoft

• Knowledge of SAP Variant Configuration (VC) including classes characteristics dependencies profiles and super BOMs/Routings

• Strong understanding of SAP implementation methodologies and Software Development Lifecycle

• Familiarity with Agile frameworks (Scrum and/or Kanban); SAFe experience preferred

• Strong leadership and ability to manage large distributed teams

• Excellent planning prioritization and organizational skills

• Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities

• Ability to drive process standardization while balancing business needs

• Demonstrated analytical thinking and problem-solving in complex enterprise environments
