Job Summary

Job Title: Senior Salesforce Developer (Apex LWC Aura Integrations 14 years exp)

Location: Austin TX (Hybrid - Local candidates Only)

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualification

Key Responsibilities

Develop software solutions by studying information needs collaborating with users and analyzing systems flow data usage and business processes.
Investigate problem areas identify root causes and implement robust solutions.
Design develop test and deploy Salesforce-based applications and enhancements.
Determine and define system specifications standards and programming requirements.
Participate in Agile (Scrum) ceremonies and contribute to deliverables aligned with the teams Definition of Done.
Document technical solutions architecture designs configurations and development artifacts.
Perform coding testing peer reviews and troubleshooting activities.
Conduct defect root cause analysis and provide timely resolution.
Support applications across multiple environments.
Collaborate with cross-functional team members to ensure successful solution delivery.
Provide on-call support as required.

Required Qualifications

Extensive experience developing in Salesforce including:
- Apex programming
- Visualforce pages
- Apex triggers
- Aura Components
- Lightning Web Components (LWC)
Strong knowledge of Salesforce configuration (no-code/low-code) capabilities such as Flows Process Builder and Workflow Rules.
Solid experience with the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) including coding standards change control and version management.
Proven expertise assessing architecture and delivering secure high-performance solutions on the platform.
Hands-on experience with end-to-end Salesforce implementations including:
- Classic to Lightning upgrades
- Data migrations
- System integrations
- Third-party application integrations
- Custom development
Experience implementing authentication protocols such as OAuth for third-party integrations.
Strong knowledge of core web technologies: HTML5 JavaScript jQuery.
Experience working with REST and SOAP web services JSON and XML.
Experience integrating Salesforce with cloud-based and on-premises applications using standard and custom REST APIs.
Proficiency with Visualforce LWC Aura Apex HTML5 and JavaScript within Salesforce environments.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with DevOps practices including CI/CD pipelines and build/deployment tools such as Flosum and Git.
Experience creating custom Reports and Dashboards in Salesforce.
Experience working in Agile software development methodologies.

Work Environment

Fast-paced Agile (Scrum) team environment.
Hands-on technical role with design development testing documentation and production support responsibilities.
Participation in ongoing solution delivery and continuous improvement initiatives.
