Role: Qlik Developer

Location: Mahwah NJ (Onsite)

Type: Contract

Responsibilities:

• Develop enhance and maintain Qlik Sense Cloud dashboards and data models.
• Monitor daily data loads scheduled refreshes and application performance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve data load failures performance issues and reporting discrepancies.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to refine requirements and deliver high quality BI solutions.
• Build and maintain ETL/ELT workflows and validate data accuracy.
• Write and optimize SQL queries for data processing and validation.
• Develop and maintain Qlik Automations for workflow optimization.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and provide updates on BI tasks.
• Maintain documentation and ensure adherence to BI development standards.
• Support and mentor junior team members when needed.
• Generates application documentation.
• Contributes to Qlik systems analysis and design.
• Designs and develops Qlik Reports. --- Admin
• Designs and develops Qlik Automations. --- Admin/ Dev
• Designs and develops Qlik Data Sources. -Dev
• Monitors emerging Qlik technologies and products. --- Admin
• Provides support for developed Qlik Sense tenants. --- Admin
• Utilizes Microsoft Azure Devops and Git for Devops CI/CD. --- Qlik cli / Git

Required Skills & Experience/ Qualifications:

• 8 years of experience in Business Intelligence Data Analytics or related fields.
• 4 years of hands on experience with Qlik Sense Cloud.
• 4 years of Strong expertise in Qlik scripting data modeling and visualization design.
• 4 years of Experience developing and maintaining Qlik Reports and Qlik Automations.
• 4 years of Proficiency in troubleshooting Qlik applications and resolving complex reporting issues.
• 4 years of Strong SQL skills for data extraction transformation and performance tuning.
• 4 years of Experience working with relational databases and cloud data platforms.
• Excellent analytical problem solving and communication skills.
• Understanding of Azure DevOps Git and CI/CD pipelines (optional but beneficial).
• Bachelors Degree International equivalent or 5 years experience.
• Experience with Agile SDLC using Microsoft DevOps
• Experience with Qlik Sense
• Experience developing Qlik Reports.
• Experience troubleshooting Qlik reporting issues.
