The right consultant will have the ability to prepare and present technical and IT strategic concepts and information to client decision-makers and the public.

Skill

Focused hands-on experience C# SQL JavaScript HTML CSS engineering design and/or development

Proven technical or team leadership

Ability to read analyze and interpret professional and technical references and procedures

Ability to write reports business correspondence and documentation for technical peers.
