• Own the daytoday rhythm of the spa treatment team coaching inspiring and elevating therapists to deliver standout guest experiences that are anything but expected.
• Champion our W brand philosophy by ensuring every treatment feels personalised polished and flawlessly executed from welcome ritual to post treatment vibe.
• Partner with the Spa Manager to finetune protocols introduce new experiences and ensure all services stay aligned with Ws bold fashionforward identity.
• Oversee treatment room readiness product stock cleanliness rituals and equipment standards ensuring the space always feels elevated seamless and W-worthy.
• Serve as the spas point-of-expertise for technique product knowledge and best practices empowering the team to deliver service thats sharp confident and buzzing with W energy.
