The role
This secondment role will lead a key project in the Faculty of Science and Health to enhance student learning outcomes. The position requires strong disciplinary expertise sector knowledge and proven leadership in learning and teaching. Working closely with Faculty and School leaders the role will drive curriculum improvements strengthen learning design processes and build staff capability through mentoring and collaboration.
The successful applicant will have a strong record in highquality teaching curriculum innovation stakeholder engagement and active national/international scholarship. This role offers the opportunity to influence teaching practice support academic staff and contribute to impactful evidencebased improvements across the Faculty.
Specifically this project will focus on lifting success for students with a disability in the Faculty of Science and Health. The successful candidate will need to demonstrate a level of expertise and capability in working with Universal Design for Learning (UDL) principles as well as a track record of scholarly research or activity in improving success for equity students with a focus on students with a disability.

This position is available as a fixed term appointment or for eligible employees as a secondment.
