Learn more at Digital Channel Operation Lead is primarily responsible for planning operating developing and continuously improving platforms (JanssenPro VeevaCRM) and digital channels (JOM online meeting systems SFMC) to enhance customer experience. Additionally the role requires the ability to understand strategic initiatives to improve channel operations & engagement in alignment with business goals. This role requires excellent communication and stakeholder management skills and experience in managing cross-functional teams to drive project success.
Key Responsibilities:
Digital Channel & Platform Operation
- Maintain compliant ongoing channel or platform operations to support day to day business with
- Continuously enhance operations by identifying opportunities for automation & streamlining of processes through innovation.
- Ensure that digital content management adheres to J&Js compliance and promotional information guidelines for responsible channel
- Provide analysis & insights on digital channel performance engagement & experience that supports digital strategy & brand objectives.
- Prepare and manage the budget related to owned channels optimizing ROI for all activities.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders (such as marketing sales IT and customer support) to effectively develop promote and advance owned channel development.
Understand JJIMs Ominchannel strategy to effectively execute digital initiatives that achieve impact
- Drive the execution of digital initiatives in collaboration with APCE IT and local Japan BU ensuring they are closely aligned with JP IM business objectives and demonstrate measurable impact.
- Proactively identify assess and mitigate risks associated with digital projects to effectively imbed into day to day business
- Develop and measure robust key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to rigorously evaluate the success and adoption of digital initiatives
- Proactively contribute to cultivating an environment of innovation accountability and continuous improvement as a champion of customer experience
Qualifications:
Basic knowledge of the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry
Digital Marketing Experience
- Experience managing digital channels (websites social media email marketing SEO etc.)
- Knowledge and practical experience with digital advertising and SEO/SEM
- Analytical Skills
- Experience using data analysis tools (Google Analytics Tableau etc.)
- Ability to set KPIs and monitor performance
Communication Skills
- Effective communication skills with stakeholders
- Presentation skills
Project Management Skills
- Experience in planning executing and monitoring projects
- Time management and prioritization abilities
Technical Skills:
- Experience using CRM systems and marketing automation tools
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS
English Proficiency
- Business-level English proficiency
- Ability to create presentations and reports in English
