National Networks Plus (NNP) is seeking a reliable and proactive After Hours Rostering & Support Officer to support our operations outside standard office hours.
This is a casual ad hoc position providing coverage during staff leave and peak operational periods.

National Networks Plus is a leading People Solutions provider delivering staffing support across the Aged Care Community Youth and Disability sectors throughout NSW ACT VIC and QLD.
Current coverage required:
Weekdays:
5:00am 8:30am (Monday to Friday)
5:00pm 11:00pm (Monday to Friday)
5:00am 2:00pm or 2:00pm 11:00pm (Saturday to Sunday)
Shifts are offered on an ad hoc basis to support annual leave and operational coverage.
The Role
Youll be the first point of contact for urgent staffing matters outside business hours. This is a fast-paced coordination role requiring confidence efficiency and sound judgement.
Your responsibilities will include:
Responding to staff and client calls
Managing last-minute roster changes
Coordinating shift replacements
Monitoring and responding to internal and external emails
Updating rostering systems in real time
Maintaining accurate documentation and communication notes
What Were Looking For
Confident phone manner and clear communication skills
Strong time management and ability to prioritise under pressure
High attention to detail and accuracy
Comfortable making decisions independently
Reliable and responsive
Previous rostering scheduling or healthcare coordination experience (highly regarded)
Access to a Windows-based laptop or PC (our systems are not compatible with Apple/Mac devices)
Stable internet connection and private workspace with 2 screens
Australian work rights
Training Requirement
Successful applicants must attend 5 days of in-office training at our Frenchs Forest office before commencing remote shifts.
