Responsibleforend-to-endmanagementofasetofclientsacross businessdevelopment and high-quality delivery of Work & Rewards solutions that result in high client satisfaction and impact. Also responsible for developing and managing one or more industries or sub-industries.

- Leadsmarketingandaccountmanagementactivitiestomeetbusinessdevelopmentand revenue targets
- Developsandexecutesindustryresearchandbusinessdevelopmentplansbyidentifyingkey target industries groups associations etc.
