Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Perform all assigned periodic and non-periodic HVAC maintenance activities at site level.
Work hands-on in the field to inspect troubleshoot and repair air conditioning systems.
Identify system faults or abnormalities and immediately report findings to the supervisor for further action.
Ensure all maintenance work is completed within the given timeframe and in accordance with company quality standards.
Strictly comply with company health safety and environmental regulations at all job sites.
Maintain proper housekeeping of the work area after completion of maintenance activities.
Prepare and submit work completion and progress reports to the supervisor.

Qualifications

Diploma in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning or equivalent qualification.

Experience

Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in troubleshooting and maintaining residential and industrial HVAC systems.

Technical Skills

Air Handling Units (AHU)
Packaged Type Air Conditioners
Split Type Air Conditioners
Window Type Air Conditioners
VRF / VRV Type Air Conditioners
