5.1 Communicating with hiring managers to identify future job openings and
the technical requirements for those jobs.
5.2 Writing job descriptions and posting to relevant media platforms.
5.3 Screening applicants for competency with the job requirements.
5.4 Arranging telephone video or in-person interviews.
5.5 Performing background and reference checks.
5.6 Presenting the resumes of the most suitable candidates to the hiring
manager.
5.7 Offering job positions and completing the relevant paperwork.
5.8 Keeping track of all applicants as well as keeping applicants informed on
the application process.
5.9 Forecasting recruitment budgets5.10 Performs other related duties as assigned.
6.0 Educational /Licensure:
6.1 A bachelor's of science or human resources degree.
7.0 Professional Experience:
7.1 At least Three years of related recruiting experience required.
8.0 Specialized knowledge:
8.1 Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
8.2 Excellent interpersonal skills.
8.3 Thorough understanding of technology technical roles and technical skills.
8.4 Thorough understanding of recruiting methods and best practices as well
as applicable policies and federal state and local employment laws and
regulations.
8.5 Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
