Tasks

Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to attract top candidates for various roles within the building construction industry.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on job descriptions interview processes and selection criteria.
Source screen and evaluate potential candidates through various channels including job boards social media networking events and industry-specific databases.
Coordinate and conduct interviews ensuring a positive candidate experience and maintaining consistent communication throughout the recruitment process.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions and hiring metrics to assess the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and make data-driven improvements.

Requirements

Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
Proven experience as a recruiter preferably in the building construction industry.
Strong understanding of recruitment processes and talent acquisition strategies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with candidates and stakeholders.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
