Position: Service Advisor – Bodyshop
Experience: *Minimum 2 years experience in Automobile Bodyshop
Salary: *30000 - 40000 Per Month
Location: *Malappuram

Key Responsibilities:
* Attend customers visiting for accident repair denting painting and body damage cases.
* Conduct preliminary vehicle inspection and prepare accurate damage estimates & job cards.
* Coordinate with insurance surveyors for claim processing and approvals.
* Explain repair scope timelines and cost estimates clearly to customers.
* Obtain necessary approvals before starting repairs.
* Coordinate with bodyshop technicians painters and floor supervisors for smooth workflow.
* Monitor repair progress and ensure delivery within committed Turnaround Time (TAT).
* Conduct final inspection before vehicle handover to ensure quality standards.
* Handle customer complaints and escalate major concerns to the Bodyshop Manager.
* Maintain proper documentation related to insurance claims and warranty repairs.
* Update all repair details in DMS / ERP system.
* Ensure compliance with OEM standards and dealership SOPs.
