The Opportunity

This role is designed for a driven Commercial Insurance Producer who wants to aggressively grow their book of business and be rewarded accordingly. What Youll Do

  • Drive new business production through proactive prospecting referrals and strategic networking

  • Build and own a profitable commercial book of business with long-term residual income

  • Deliver consultative value-driven insurance solutions to middle-market and complex commercial clients

  • Leverage strong insurer relationships and internal service teams to close business efficiently

  • Negotiate coverage pricing and terms with insurers to maximize client value and profitability

  • Retain and grow your portfolio through cross-selling and strategic account reviews

  • Establish a strong personal brand in the Calgary business community

Who You Are

  • A proven Commercial Insurance Producer with 3 years of consistent new business production

  • Motivated by income growth autonomy and long-term book ownership

  • Confident presenting to business owners executives and decision-makers

  • Comfortable managing a full sales cycle from prospecting to close

  • Strong knowledge of commercial insurance products and risk placement strategies

  • Licensed (or eligible to be licensed) at the Alberta General Insurance Level 2

Compensation & Earning Potential

  • Highly competitive commission structure with no cap on earnings

  • Base salary available for the right candidate (experience dependent)

  • Renewal commissions and long-term residual income
