Drive new business production through proactive prospecting referrals and strategic networking
Build and own a profitable commercial book of business with long-term residual income
Deliver consultative value-driven insurance solutions to middle-market and complex commercial clients
Leverage strong insurer relationships and internal service teams to close business efficiently
Negotiate coverage pricing and terms with insurers to maximize client value and profitability
Retain and grow your portfolio through cross-selling and strategic account reviews
Establish a strong personal brand in the Calgary business community
A proven Commercial Insurance Producer with 3 years of consistent new business production
Motivated by income growth autonomy and long-term book ownership
Confident presenting to business owners executives and decision-makers
Comfortable managing a full sales cycle from prospecting to close
Strong knowledge of commercial insurance products and risk placement strategies
Licensed (or eligible to be licensed) at the Alberta General Insurance Level 2
Highly competitive commission structure with no cap on earnings
