The Human Resources Coordinator plays a key role in supporting this mission by providing highquality efficient HR administrative support. This role helps ensure a positive employee experience supports HR operations and partners with HR Business Partners Talent Acquisition and People Leaders to deliver timely and accurate HR services.
Responsibilities:
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes including documentation system updates and coordination with crossfunctional teams.
- Serve as the first point of contact for employee HR inquiries providing accurate timely information on HR policies procedures and programs.
- Maintain employee records in accordance with company policy and compliance requirements.
- Assist with HR data entry reporting and tracking across HR systems ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Coordinate activities related to benefits compensation administration and employee lifecycle events.
- Support Talent Acquisition with interview scheduling candidate communications and preemployment documentation as needed.
- Assist with employee engagement initiatives recognition programs and sitelevel HR events.
- Help ensure compliance with local state federal and international employment regulations.
- Prepare HR documentation correspondence and presentations as requested.
Support HR projects and process improvements that enhance efficiency and employee experience.
Qualifications: Prior HR support coordination or administrative experience preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and integrity.
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and familiarity with HRIS platforms.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fastpaced environment and support multiple stakeholders.
