Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and driven Civil Litigation & Trial Attorney to join a dynamic legal team. This role involves managing a diverse caseload from initial filing through trial and resolution requiring strong litigation skills courtroom confidence and strategic legal thinking.
Key Responsibilities

Manage all stages of civil litigation including pleadings discovery depositions motions hearings and trials

Represent clients in court mediations and arbitrations

Draft and review legal documents such as complaints motions briefs and settlement agreements

Conduct legal research and develop case strategies

Prepare witnesses exhibits and supporting evidence for trial

Independently handle multiple cases while meeting deadlines and compliance standards
-
Maintain professional communication with clients opposing counsel and internal teams
Required Qualifications

Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
-
Active membership with the California State Bar in good standing
-
3-15 years of civil litigation and trial experience
-
Strong advocacy negotiation and courtroom skills

Excellent research writing and analytical abilities
