Job Summary

Job Role:Occupational Therapist

Location: DLF Phase 1 &Sector 70A Gurgaon

Key Responsibilities:

Assessment and Evaluation:

Conduct thorough assessments of students motor sensory cognitive and functional abilities.
Identify students who may benefit from occupational therapy and recommend appropriate interventions.
Collaborate with teachers parents and special educators to understand the individual needs of students.

Therapeutic Intervention:

Develop and implement individualized therapy plans based on the assessment results.
Provide one-on-one and small group therapy sessions focusing on improving motor skills coordination sensory processing and daily living activities.

Collaboration and Support:

Work closely with teachers and the special education team to integrate therapeutic goals into the classroom environment.
Provide training and guidance to teachers and school staff on how to support students occupational therapy needs in the classroom.

Documentation and Reporting:

Provide regular updates and reports to the school administration parents and the special education team.
Monitor and review students progress and adjust therapy plans as necessary.

Professional Development:

Participate in professional development opportunities workshops and conferences.
Contribute to a positive collaborative and inclusive school culture.

Qualifications:

Masters or Bachelors degree in Occupational Therapy (OT).
Valid OT license or certification as required by local regulations.
Proven experience working with children preferably in an educational or school setting.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with students staff and parents.
