Job Summary

For Linklaters Service Delivery Centre Warsaw we are currently recruiting for the HR Administration Specialist role.

Work arrangements

Location: Warsaw (hybrid model 2 days from the office located next to Rondo ONZ)

Working hours: 9:00-17:15

Contract: 12-month contract of employment

About the Team
Join our local team responsible for delivering high-quality HR administrative support. Collaborating with employees managers and partners our team covers a wide range of HR processes and queries.

You will be responsible for:

  • Creating and maintaining full HR documentation.
  • Delivering HR administration services through the whole employee lifecycle.
  • Resolving HR queries efficiently and accurately.
  • Collaborating with the Payroll team for benefits and pre-payroll actions.
  • Running reports to update firm and external bodies with staff information.
  • Implementing process improvements and supporting HR projects.
  • Maintaining knowledge of Polish labour law and HR trends.

Apply if you:

  • Possess strong communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Show initiative and problem-solving skills.
  • Have a commitment to continuous learning and development.
  • Demonstrate excellent skills in managing cases and queries.
  • Are proficient in MS Office applications HR systems (preferably Workday macrologic) and case management systems.
  • Use English and Polish fluently.

You will join Linklaters Global solutions (LGS) as a critical member of the People team.
