Summary
As a Senior Practitioner in the Social/NGO/Health & Care industry you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality care and support to children. Your expertise will be crucial in developing and implementing care plans that meet the unique needs of each child. You will work collaboratively with a team of professionals to ensure the well-being and development of children under your care. This role is essential in fostering a safe and nurturing environment that promotes the physical emotional and social development of children.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized care plans for children ensuring their needs are met.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care and support.
- Monitor and evaluate the progress of children adjusting care plans as necessary.
- Provide guidance and support to junior staff and volunteers.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards in child care.
- Engage with families and caregivers to support the childs development and well-being.
- Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance professional skills.
Requirements

- Proven experience in a similar role within the Social/NGO/Health & Care industry.
- Strong expertise in child care and development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
