What you will be doing:

Engage prospective clients understand needs and conduct compelling product demonstrations and technical presentations including for enterprise-level clients.
Develop and deliver successful Proof-of-Concept (PoC) and Proof-of-Value (PoV) initiatives to validate the solution.
Take complete ownership of projects from sale to completion self-managing all deliverables timelines expectations and independent product implementation.
Build and maintain robust client relationships as a trusted technical/business advisor manage expectations and communicate clearly with all stakeholders from technical teams to executive leadership.
Achieve expert proficiency with all relevant tools create detailed technical documentation and proactively troubleshoot technical issues.
Contribute to product development with feedback based on client requirements stay informed on updates and actively contribute to the product knowledge base and best practices.

What our client is looking for:

Strong SQL and API skills (including RESTful web services and Postman) hands-on experience with browser developer tools AI-assisted coding (e.g. Cursor GitHub Copilot) and data integration (ETL).
Proven ability to create clear high-quality technical documentation.
Solid understanding of the financial services and investment management industry including associated technology platforms and adherence to financial regulatory requirements.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written) with the ability to quickly build rapport and independently lead client calls (including C-suite engagements) and manage all stakeholder communications.
Ability to engage meaningfully with investment professionals comfortably discussing both technical subjects and broader business topics like market trends maintaining a professional presence.
A self-starter with a "do something" mentality demonstrating a strong sense of ownership and a commitment to driving projects forward through hands-on implementation and proactive problem-solving.
Highly organized detail-oriented and capable of working independently to self-manage projects define timelines prioritise multiple concurrent projects and deliver results.
Genuine enthusiasm for the product willingness to advocate for continuous improvements and a positive solution-oriented team player attitude.
