The Team You will operate within a structured professional medical department. The unit is directed by a Lead British Doctor and reinforced by a team of Physiotherapists and Western-trained nursing staff. This ensures a collaborative clinical environment rather than a solitary caregiving role.
The Safety To ensure the highest quality of care and sustainable working conditions we adhere to a double-nurse shift system. This protocol guarantees appropriate rest intervals allowing you to remain clinically sharp and avoid the fatigue often found in solo private assignments.
The Process We value efficiency and accessibility. The initial recruitment stages are managed via a secure online interview platform allowing you to present your qualifications from Stockholm (or your current base) without the need to travel immediately.
