We are hiring an Physiotherapists for a leading Nursing Home in Dublin Ireland.
Job Type: Full-time Permanent
Salary: From 37522.00 per year
Responsibilities
Be responsible for comprehensive patient assessment and the development and implementation of individualised patient-centred treatment plans in line with evidence-based best practice.
Develop maintain and promote high professional standards of clinical practice within the service.
Work within own scope of professional competence in accordance with principles of best practice professional conduct and clinical governance and in alignment with the standards of the relevant Irish professional body.
Promote and support a positive workplace culture that reflects company values with a strong commitment to diversity equality and inclusion.
Requirements
Hold a Physiotherapy qualification recognised by the Physiotherapists Registration Board at CORU. Candidates must state their CORU registration number on application or provide their CORU application number and date of submission (for Section 91 applicants awaiting registration).
Have relevant clinical experience ideally within an acute hospital or healthcare setting.
Hold a full clean drivers licence.
Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Show the ability to work effectively under pressure and manage challenging situations.
Be capable of working on own initiative while maintaining flexibility within a multidisciplinary environment.
Evidence of Continuing Professional Development (CPD) in the area of physical and intellectual disability (desirable).
Evidence of CPD in leadership and/or mentoring (desirable)
