Occupational Therapist Paediatrics
North West Sydney (Hills District)
Full - Time 5 days - TuesdaySaturday Established Clinic Strong Clinical Support
Im currently recruiting on behalf of a highly regarded paediatric therapy clinic based in Sydneys Hills District operating successfully for over 18 years.
Due to continued growth they are looking to welcome an Occupational Therapist to their well-established and supportive team of 12 OTs.

The Role
- Paediatric caseload (025 years)
- Clinic-based and community-based therapy
- Work within a collaborative experienced OT team
- Access to structured supervision and ongoing professional development
This is a clinic that has refined its systems over nearly two decades meaning youll walk into an organised supportive environment with consistent referrals and strong admin backing.
Unique Working Structure (A Big Drawcard)
The clinic operates Tuesday to Saturday a model their team genuinely values.
Hours:
- TuesdayThursday: 10:00am 7:00pm
- Friday: 9:00am 6:00pm
- Saturday: 7:30am 1:30pm
- Sunday: Off
- Monday: Off
Having Sunday and Monday off provides extended downtime flexibility for appointments and a better work-life rhythm. Saturdays are shorter and typically calmer and the families truly appreciate the accessibility this structure provides.
