Who are we looking for

Were looking for aProcurement Coordinatorto join our IS Procurement team. This role will be responsible in handling day-to-day Information Systems (IS) procurement activities in accordance with the IS Procurement process. This will also support GHDs global telecommunications vendors ensuring accurate processing of requisitions invoices and vendor data while maintaining compliance and efficiency.

Duties and responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Take ownership of and manage daily IS procurement activities in line with the IS Procurement Process.
  • Handle procurement tasks related to GHDs telecommunications vendors globally.
  • Access and navigate vendor portals to retrieve invoices usage data and procurement insights.
  • Process Software Purchase Requisitions accurately and within agreed timelines.
  • Ensure proper documentation tracking and compliance with internal procurement policies.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders and vendors to resolve procurement and invoicing issues.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives related to IS procurement processes

What you will bring to the team:

  • Bachelors degree in Accounting Business Supply Chain Information Systems or a related field (or equivalent relevant work experience)
  • Experience working in a BPO/shared services environment is an advantage
  • Familiarity with procurement processes vendor management or invoice processing is preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Good communication and coordination skills with the ability to work with global stakeholders
  • Experience working with ServiceNow would be advantageous
  • Willingness to work night shift to support global operations

Work schedule: Monday to Friday / 10:00 pm to 7:00 am

This job offer can be based either in Makati Quezon City or Cebu depending on your preferred location.
