Job Description
Regional Sales Manager / Territory Sales Manager / Business Development Manager to join a leading global HVAC manufacturer.
This Regional Sales Manager / Territory Sales Manager / Business Development Manager will be responsible for developing and expanding relationships with primarily consultants Architects MEP contractors and/or reps focused on promoting HVAC products such as air handlers chillers heat pumps fans and BMS systems.
The Regional Sales Manager / Territory Sales Manager / Business Development Manager must display an understanding of HVAC products on a commercial scale such as Air Handling Units (AHUs) heat pumps chillers fans controls BMS systems. You must be willing to travel throughout the US at least two weeks per month.

Regional Sales Manager / Territory Sales Manager / Business Development Manager Role
- Develop and expand relationships with primarily consultants Architects MEP contractors and/or reps focused on promoting HVAC products such as air handlers chillers heat pumps fans and BMS systems.
- Offer knowledge and consultation to develop HVAC system related solutions for bespoke client needs
- Work closely with reps in order to train and develop knowledge of group HVAC product
- Involved in technical solutions from design phase to project completion
- Liaise with various engineering departments
- Required to travel throughout the US at least 2 weeks per month
Regional Sales Manager / Territory Sales Manager / Business Development Manager Requirement
- Understanding of HVAC products on a commercial scale such as Air Handling Units (AHUs) heat pumps chillers fans controls BMS systems.
- Experience in applied Systems/HVAC sales BAS/BMS sales or a combination
- Higher level Building Services Engineering Mechanical Engineering qualification i.e to BS level would be advantageous
- Proven background working with consultants architects MEP Contractors and/or reps
- Required to travel throughout the US at least 2 weeks per month
