POSITION SUMMARY:The Receptionist/Patient Accounts Representative (Receptionist/PAR) functions as an intermediary between staff patients peers and visitors. The Receptionist/PAR is responsible for maintaining the organization of the medical office by performing various administrative and clerical tasks essential to the provision of efficient and effective care. The Receptionist/PAR is also responsible for the registration of new patients insurance verification and account & EXPERIENCE:High school diploma or equivalent requiredExperience counting money accurately requiredExperience as a receptionist patient account representative or similar role preferredQUALIFICATIONS: Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretionAbility to maintain composure when confronted with fast-paced and stressful situations/timelinesAbility and desire to learn new technologiesMust be timely and dependableMust be able to multi-task work independently and be very detail orientedMust have excellent written and oral communication skillsMust be able to complete documentation accuratelyMust be able to follow existing workflowsWORK SCHEDULE: Monday - Friday 8:00AM - 4:30PM
