Were looking for an experienced Training Manager to lead the strategic development and delivery of a large and diverse learning programme. This is a high-impact leadership role where your work will directly support better outcomes for residents and help to develop a skilled confident workforce

As Training Manager youll lead the Adult Social Care training programme overseeing around 700 courses for 12000 learners each year. You will be one of two training managers employed for 22.2 hours per week. Youll manage a skilled team of training consultants and administrators work closely with operational services commissioners providers and health partners and ensure our training is high-quality compliant innovative and future-focused.

Youll shape learning across key areas including Safeguarding Mental Capacity Act Deprivation of Liberty safeguards Leadership & Management Wellbeing CQC compliance and the Care Act translating national policy into meaningful practice on the ground.

Who we are looking for:

  • A Level 6 qualification in Social Care and Health related professions
  • Experience in working in Adult Social Care and Health learning development and strategy delivery
  • Proven leadership budget management and partnership working skills
  • Communication influencing and analytical abilities
