Job Summary

Documentation and preliminary review of property offers
Analysis of market property and tenant criteria
Preparation of profitability and economic feasibility analyses for the acquisition and disposal of retail properties in Germany and across Europe
Conducting scenario and sensitivity analyses
Preparation of internal and external decision-making documents
Support in the preparation of monthly quarterly and annual reports
Administrative support (correspondence preparation of documents etc.)
Review verification and (electronic) archiving of lease agreements and other contract-relevant documents
Assistance to asset and transaction managers as needed and based on task requirements
General office and administrative support

Currently enrolled student (ideally in a real estate-related degree program (e.g. Business Administration Real Estate Management Real Estate Economics
etc.)
Initial experience in asset or transaction management is desirable
Structured and highly detail-oriented working style
Ability to work independently and a high level of motivation in task execution
Quick comprehension skills and strong analytical thinking
Excellent computer skills (MS Office especially Excel)
Strong written and verbal communication skills in both German and English
