Job Summary
Overview
This position is within the Product Management division which is accountable for the success of our software solutions by working cross-functionally with teams that develop market sell and support them.
The Opportunity
As a Senior Product Designer specializing in AI products youll play a key role in shaping experiences that leverage artificial intelligence. Youll translate business needs and user pain points into intuitive designs that drive measurable outcomes aligned with company OKRs. Youll be a key member of cross-functional teams including engineers product managers other designers and user researchers through the design process ensuring seamless implementation of features across platforms and fostering alignment.
Responsibilities
What Youll Be Doing
- Translate high-level requirements into actionable designs for AI-powered products that address user needs while driving measurable outcomes aligned with company OKRs
- Take ownership of the entire user journey and oversee all aspects of design execution from concept creation to prototyping user testing and final production
- Design intuitive interfaces that make complex AI capabilities accessible and understandable to users
- Leverage AI tools to enhance design workflows accelerate iteration cycles and explore creative solutions
- Be a key member of cross-functional teams (engineers product managers other designers user researchers) responsible for the full design and development process from concept to execution
- Illustrate and present creative logical design solutions that enhance customer experience
- Communicate design rationale to stakeholders (including executive leadership)
- Identify success metrics to ensure design solutions continue to deliver customer value
- Uncover opportunities to improve the experience
- Demonstrate ability to measure the impact of your work and its impact on the business
- Actively participate in user research
- Continuously challenge design effectiveness monitor behavioral analytics and suggest improvements to optimize user experiences
- Foster a culture of constructive feedback and collaboration

Qualifications
What You Bring To the Team
- At least 5 years of enterprise product design experience with demonstrable experience designing AI-powered products or features
- Portfolio showcasing AI product design work including examples of how youve made AI capabilities intuitive and valuable for users
- Experience using AI tools to enhance design processes and workflows
- Understanding of how AI can improve design workflows from ideation to production
- Deep understanding of product goals and objectives
- A knack for turning ambiguous ideas into actionable concepts and delivering tangible results
- A bias toward action demonstrating initiative and decisiveness
- Understanding of when to use the design process and when to shortcut it
- Ability to clearly articulate the reasoning behind design decisions
- Proficient in Figma Miro and other design and collaboration tools
- Ability to earn trust maintain positive relationships and contribute to a culture of inclusion
- Intense curiosity for understanding the details of our business
Physical Demands and Work Environment
- The physical activities of this position include frequent sitting telephone communication and working on a computer for extended periods. Visual acuity is required to perform activities close to the eyes.
- Team members are expected to maintain a dedicated and ergonomically appropriate remote workspace.
- Team members who live within commuting distance of our office location (Atlanta Georgia) are expected to work in a hybrid capacity with regular in-office presence every Tuesday and Wednesday each week.
- All team members must reside and perform their work within the United States.
