Job summary
As a Salesforce Developer youll work within GTM Engineering to build scalable Apex/LWC solutions support integrations and improve performance/reliability across our Salesforce platform. Youll collaborate with the GTM Engineering and Sales Systems teams to translate requirements into robust code implement CI/CD and test automation and ensure production changes are safe and repeatable.
What you will do
- Design develop and maintain Apex classes/triggers Lightning Web Components and integration logic
- Implement API integrations (REST/JSON platform events) and OOTB connectors where applicable
- Partner with Admins/BSA on Flow vs Apex tradeoffs and reuse patterns
- Set up and maintain DevOps Center/Git workflows; contribute to code reviews and branching strategy
- Build unit/integration tests and regression packs for highrisk areas (Opportunity Quote Case)
- Troubleshoot performance issues (SOQL efficiency CPU limits row locks); deliver remediations
- Document technical designs decision records and runbooks
What you will have
- 5 years of Salesforce development experience
- Strong Apex/LWC skills; deep knowledge of SOQL/SOSL async patterns and governor limits
- Experience with integration patterns and errorhandling; familiarity with platform events/Change Data Capture
- Handson with DevOps Center/Git and automated testing tools
Nice to have
- CPQ/Revenue Cloud exposure
- experience with HRIS/payroll integrations and GTM tools
