Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer to join our team in Budapest/ Debrecen/ Pécs Hungary. As a ServiceNow Developer you will be responsible for designing developing and maintaining ServiceNow applications to streamline our organizations IT processes and enhance overall efficiency.
- Design develop and implement custom applications and integrations on the ServiceNow platform
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Implement and customize AI based ServiceNow tools
- Customize and extend existing ServiceNow modules
- Develop and maintain scripts workflows and business rules to automate processes
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in ServiceNow applications
- Optimize application performance / pipelines and ensure adherence to best practices
- Participate in code reviews and maintain documentation for all development work
- Stay up-to-date with the latest ServiceNow releases and features
- Use and combine OutOfTheBox methods together with custom coding
Qualifications :
- 3 years of experience in ServiceNow development and customization
- Experience with ServiceNow modules including ITSM ITOM and CSM
- Familiarity with web services (REST SOAP) and API integrations
- Expertise in customizing and extending ServiceNow applications
- Knowledge in JavaScript AngularJS HTML CSS and SQL
- Knowledge of ITIL processes and IT Service Management principles
- Experience in business process automation and workflow design
- ServiceNow certifications (e.g. Certified System Administrator Certified Application Developer) preferred
- Understanding of IT Operations Management (ITOM) concepts
