Emplify Health is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Medical Media Intern to support our team with employee badging and related media tasks.

This is a great opportunity for a student looking to gain hands-on experience in a healthcare and mediafocused environment.

What Youll Do:

  • Assist with the creation processing and distribution of employee ID badges

  • Photograph employees for badge production and ensure highquality image capture

  • Maintain accurate records and ensure data consistency

  • Support the Medical Media team with special projects as needed

  • Provide friendly and professional customer service to staff across the organization

Whats in It for You

  • Flexible Schedule:Work 15-20 hours per week Monday-Friday between the hours of 7:30am-3:00pm

  • Duration: Ideally 6 months with the potential to extend up to 1 year.

  • Ideal Start Date: Flexible - however team is open to as early as March

  • Location:Main Campus in La Crosse WI

  • Pay:Earn $16.20/hour

What Were Looking For:

  • Education:Currently pursuing an Associates degree or Bachelors degree in IT Business or related field

  • Experience: Students with strong technical aptitude (media equipment basic troubleshooting or computer skills)

  • Interest or experience in photography or digital image capture

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills

  • Ability to learn new tools quickly and work both independently and collaboratively

  • Comfortable with Microsoft Office Suite and Photoshop
