Job Summary
Your responsibilities:
You support our partners throughout the onboarding process on our ad server self-service platform and act as their primary point of contact for any questions or requests.
You handle technical and operational inquiries from our sellers via our ticketing system and proactively contribute effective solutions.
You assist in setting up campaigns monitor their performance and collaborate with cross-functional teams to continuously optimize results.
You prepare for customer meetings participate in them and take ownership of follow-up activities.
You analyze data create performance reports and deliver insights to drive ongoing campaign improvement.
Qualifications :
About you:
You enjoy working with both data and people and bring a structured solution-oriented mindset.
Ideally you have gained initial experience in e-commerce advertising or media.
You thrive in cross-functional collaboration and take a proactive approach to problem-solving.
You are fluent in English enabling you to communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners. German language skills are a plus.
About your hourly rate:
As a working student you will receive an hourly wage of 15.90 (Bachelors level) or 16.62 (Masters level).
