About the Role
As part of the Group Strategy team you will help shape TOMRAs strategic direction with a strong focus on M&A. You will contribute to evaluating opportunities supporting transactions and driving initiatives that accelerate our growth toward a more sustainable future.

This role sits within the wider Group Strategy function covering strategy portfolio M&A new ventures marketing communication brand and IT and reports to VP Head of M&A.
Your main responsibilities
- Support execution of M&A projects including financial modelling synergy estimations valuation and integration planning
- Contribute to group-wide strategy processes and deepdive strategic analyses
- Explore qualify and support the scaling of new business opportunities
- Develop business cases and decision-making materials for senior leadership
- Conduct market and industry research to support strategic decisions
- Work in an international value-driven and collaborative environment with strong focus on learning and development
Qualifications :
What you bring
- Bachelors degree or higher in a relevant field
- 23 years experience in corporate finance consulting strategy deals or similar roles
- Experience in M&A processes is an advantage
- Strong analytical skills and ability to work with financial models
- Experience in strategy commercial or business development projects is a plus
- Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and navigate complex environments
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English

- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic setting
