M&A and Strategy Associate (all genders)

About the Role

As part of the Group Strategy team you will help shape TOMRAs strategic direction with a strong focus on M&A. You will contribute to evaluating opportunities supporting transactions and driving initiatives that accelerate our growth toward a more sustainable future.

This role sits within the wider Group Strategy function covering strategy portfolio M&A new ventures marketing communication brand and IT and reports to VP Head of M&A. 

Your main responsibilities

• Support execution of M&A projects including financial modelling synergy estimations valuation and integration planning
• Contribute to group-wide strategy processes and deepdive strategic analyses
• Explore qualify and support the scaling of new business opportunities
• Develop business cases and decision-making materials for senior leadership
• Conduct market and industry research to support strategic decisions
• Work in an international value-driven and collaborative environment with strong focus on learning and development

Qualifications :

What you bring

• Bachelors degree or higher in a relevant field
• 23 years experience in corporate finance consulting strategy deals or similar roles
• Experience in M&A processes is an advantage
• Strong analytical skills and ability to work with financial models
• Experience in strategy commercial or business development projects is a plus
• Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and navigate complex environments
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English
