Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled and motivated Full Stack Java Developer with hands-on experience in modern web technologies. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working across both front-end and back-end development have exposure to open-source frameworks like OpenKM and possess strong problem-solving skills. The role involves developing integrating and maintaining scalable enterprise applications.
Key Responsibilities
Design develop test and deploy full-stack web applications.
Develop back-end applications using JAVA / J2EE and master frameworks such as Hibernate and Spring.
Familiarity with database technology such as Microsoft SQL Server MySQL.
Proficiency with fundamental front-end languages such as HTML CSS Bootstrap and JavaScript.
Familiarity with JavaScript frameworks such as Angular etc. would be appreciated.
Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform would be an added advantage.
Work with open-source frameworks and tools to build scalable and maintainable solutions.
Integrate applications with databases APIs and third-party systems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business analysts testers and project managers.
Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
Troubleshoot debug and upgrade existing applications.
Prepare technical documentation and deployment guidelines.
Develop and execute unit tests and participate in test-driven development practices to ensure code quality and reliability.
Optimize application performance and implement monitoring solutions to identify and resolve bottlenecks.
Implement security best practices and conduct vulnerability assessments to protect enterprise applications and data.
Required Technical Skills
Backend Development
Strong working knowledge of Java
Experience with REST APIs and microservices architecture
Understanding of backend frameworks (e.g. Spring Boot or similar)
Frontend Development
Hands-on experience with React/Angular would be appreciated.
Strong knowledge of JavaScript HTML CSS
Experience with responsive and modern UI development
Programming & Automation
Experience in scripting automation or data handling
Open Source & Tools
Experience working with open-source frameworks and platforms
Knowledge of version control systems like Git
Exposure to CI/CD pipelines is a plus
Database & Integration
Experience working with relational databases (PostgreSQL SQL Server etc.)
Knowledge of API integration and data exchange formats (JSON XML)
Qualifications :
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field (or equivalent experience)
Experience working with enterprise applications or workflow-based systems
Exposure to cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS
Knowledge of containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) is a plus
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Good communication and collaboration abilities
Ability to work independently and in team environments
Strong learning attitude and adaptability
