Job Summary
Roland Berger is looking for hires to our Nordic Transactions and Investor Services (TIS) practice based in Stockholm.
Our TIS practice is the ideal place for professionals with a passion for M&A and to create value for investors. You will work closely with Private Equity and strategic investors in all stages of the investment process from target search M&A due diligence value creation and exit.
If you have 2 years of experience in CDD/CVDD M&A advisory or value creation and are fluent in a Nordic language wed love to hear from you. Exciting challenges await you.
Qualifications :
- You have a masters degree in economics/business and/or engineering or equivalent.
- You have 2 years of experience in Strategy consulting Private Equity Investment banking or other relevant experience from M&A advisory
- Exceptional analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills including financial modelling
- You work with precision and you are open-minded
- You like to work in teams
- You have good written and oral presentation skills and speak a Nordic language as well as English fluently.
