- Monitor the qualitative and quantitative levels of the teams activity
- Calculate SLAs and propose action plans

Qualifications :
This is the right job for you if have:
- Proven experience as a Team Leader / managing teams
- Experience with Easyvista or ServiceNow
- Fluent French (B2-C1) and fluent English (B2)
- Strong Leadership skills
- A proactive innovative mindset and the ability to propose effective solutions
- Knowledge of service contractual agreements
- Solid pedagogical and training abilities
- Proficiency in Windows 10
- Proficiency in Office 365
