Job Summary
- Lead and mentor a team of 3 engineers through code reviews design critiques career mentorship and collaboration with integration teams
- Design and build scalable solutions balancing production-quality code with rapid PoC development
- Own sprint planning and quarterly roadmap execution
- Act as final escalation point for complex technical issues
- Rapidly learn and implement new technologies strategically managing technical debt
Qualifications :
- 5 years of software engineering experience with strong CS fundamentals OOP data structures algorithms
- Proficiency in Go (preferred) and/or vanilla JavaScript
- Strong SQL skills
- Experience building/maintaining Microservices
- Proven leadership experience while remaining hands-on
- Upper-intermediate English
WILL BE A PLUS:
- Experience with dashboard development and/or modern UI frameworks
- Background in Cybersecurity or AdTech
- Experience with PCI DSS or other high-security standards
