Job Summary
As a Hotel All Rounder you will be a key part of our guest experience. This versatile role allows you to engage with guests at the Front Desk ensuring seamless check-in and check-out while also contributing to memorable experiences in our Restaurant and Bar. If you enjoy variety hospitality and creating great moments this is the perfect opportunity.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist guests warmly during checkin and checkout providing accurate information about hotel services
- Handle reservations guest enquiries and requests promptly and professionally including billing and payment processing
- Provide food & beverage service in our restaurant and bar including preparing drinks and baristamade coffee
- Respond to guest feedback and uphold a high standard of customer service
- Support daily hotel operations by coordinating with different departments (Housekeeping Maintenance Food & Beverage) to ensure seamless service delivery
Qualifications :
- Previous experience in Front Office and/or Food & Beverage is preferred
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
- Knowledge of hotel systems (e.g. Opera Cloud) is advantageous
- Current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate or willingness to obtain
- Flexibility to work mornings nights weekends and public holidays
