Based in Broadmeadow youll provide support to adult participants living across the broader Newcastle Hunter and Maitland region (depending on where you live) whilst working in a diverse team of Occupational Therapist Speech Pathologist and Behavior Support Practitioners. Youll support participants in aged care facilities day programs the community homes and/or our clinic space.

Responsibility will include:
- Manage an allocated adults caseload (based on your negotiated hours) and deliver timely therapeutic services
- Assess participants emotional psychological cognitive developmental and physical level of function and capacity to perform ADLs and IADLs
- Provide complex therapeutic interventions
- Supervise and mentor junior clinicians

Qualifications :
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Current registration with AHPRA as an Occupational Therapist
- Excellent time management and organisational skills to manage a varied caseload
- A pro-active attitude and interest in continually developing your skills
- Experience in mentoring and supervising other Occupational Therapists
- A genuine passion for working in the disability sector
