As part of Euroclears People & Organisation Division the Reward Director plays a pivotal role in shaping a modern competitive and humancentered rewards strategy.
We partner with the business to enable strategic decisionmaking and empower leaders to attract recognise and retain top talent through fair transparent and futureproof reward practices.
Building on our role as a global market infrastructure supporting 2000 institutions worldwide you will lead the evolution of our reward philosophy in line with market trends regulatory changes and the expectations of an increasingly diverse workforce
In this context we want to strengthen our team with the recruitment of a Reward Director reporting to the Head of Reward and International Employment.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead the design and evolution of Euroclears global reward strategy ensuring fairness competitiveness transparency and alignment with our business strategy and transformation objectives.
- Integrate humancentered personalized reward elements reflecting the current and future market expectations including flexibility well-being and transparent communication practices.
- Act as representative of our internal centre of expertise on reward topics including market benchmarking variable compensation benefits mobility and legislative compliance.
- Develop implement and evaluate competitive Total Rewards programs consistent with global best practices in compensation & benefits design.
- Lead complex reward cycles (compensation review bonus schemes) and ensure compliance with evolving regulatory frameworks
- Drive evidence-based decisionmaking by conducting advanced analysis scenario modelling and reward cost forecasting.
- Lead the endtoend creation and rollout of group-wide and countryspecific reward programs including stakeholder management social dialogue and structured communication rollouts.
- Act as a trusted advisor to executives regulators works councils and social partners on sensitive and strategic reward matters.
- Inspire lead and develop a highperforming team fostering cross-functional collaboration and operational excellence.
Qualifications
As Reward Director in global and corporate organization you are an inspiring leader with strong stakeholder management skills (including regulators business union etc..).
- 10 years of C&B experience in the financial services sector or banking industry.
- Mastering the C&B methodologies global processes and programs as well as familiarity with best practices in the Rewards domain
- Demonstrating expertise in designing and implementing competitive C&B programs for diverse employee populations.
- Possesses a proven track record to navigate C&B regulations and disclosures.
Required competencies:
- Strong communication skills to articulate complex and sensitive concepts persuasively to senior executives (internal and external)
- Ability to balance between strategic thinking and details orientation.
- Ability to run global programs and processes working in partnership with multiple collaborators.
- Ability to balance between strategic thinking and hands-on implementation.
