We are seeking a driven organized and customer-focused Fleet Service Advisor to support our growing Commercial & Fleet Department. What Youll Do
- Serve as the primary point of contact for commercial and fleet customers
- Coordinate maintenance and repair services to minimize vehicle downtime
- Create accurate repair orders and ensure proper documentation for billing and warranty
- Communicate repair updates timelines and approvals clearly and professionally
- Work closely with technicians and parts departments to prioritize fleet needs
- Maintain strong relationships with business clients to drive retention and long-term partnerships
- Assist with scheduling dispatch coordination and follow-up to ensure satisfaction
What Were Looking For
Experience:
Prior automotive service advising experience required; fleet or commercial service experience strongly preferred
Skills:
Excellent communication organization and time-management skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a high-volume environment
Knowledge:
Understanding of automotive maintenance repair processes and warranty procedures
Requirements:
Must be drug-free have a valid drivers license a clean driving record and pass a background check
